Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The associated NAICS code is 336110, Automobile and Light Duty Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, which has a size standard of 1,500 employees. All interested parties must be registered as a small business under this NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be considered for award.
The NJ ANG 177TH FW has a requirement for Electric Utility Vehicles in accordance with Attachment 1 - Technical Requirements Document.
1. Required Item: Electric Utility Vehicle (EUV)

2. Deliver to 177FW Propulsion Shop 400 Langley Rd. Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234. FOB Destination. The EUVs must be delivered within 120 days after date of contract award.
3. The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days to make delivery after it receives a delivery order from the buyer.
4. All costs (shipping, delivery) must be included.
5. Quotes must include Unit Price, Total Price, Federal Tax ID, CAGE code, SAM Unique Identity ID, and company point of contact.
6. Photo and detailed description of the EUV as well as warranty information must be submitted with the quote.
7. The offeror must confirm that if awarded a contract, complete operating and maintenance manuals, and detailed parts list and recommended spare parts will be provided to the government.
The government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussion. The basis for award is Price and technical acceptability. The government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price award.
