Description
THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price/Cost Reimbursable, contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC) for hardware production for the AN/APR-39D(V)2 Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) system. The proposed contract is anticipated to support Fiscal Years (FYs) 2027-2029 U.S. Navy, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Other Customer requirements. The anticipated award date is March 2027.
These requirements will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” This synopsis is for information purposes only. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award, or be responsible for any money expended by the interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above; information herein is subject to change, and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract.
