Description
This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one source is capable of responding to satisfy the agency's requirements. ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC intends to have serviced sixteen (16) Model 44 solvent vat parts washers with maintenance service. It is anticipated the Government will issue a one year base contract. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 11:00 AM March 22, 2026 CST by e-mail to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
