BACKGROUND: Notice from the Department of War, Defense Logistics Agency, Strategic Acquisition Program Directorate (SAPD) at DLA Columbus, Ohio. The SAPD/ZAA Division is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources, including small businesses. This sources sought synopsis is published for market research purposes only, to identify potential sources capable of supplying the Government with the items in accordance with the requirements listed below.
