Fair Opportunity to Quote for the repair of NIIN 011259830
1. Based upon competition among respondents, the government intends to make one award under this fair opportunity announcement. The Government will evaluate offers submitted in accordance with this notice and will make a determination considering the following:
Respondents shall submit their offers, on or before the due date indicated on page 1 and complete the following information:
- Section B, including the completed pricing for the base quantities, as well as total contract price.
- Section F with the proposed delivery schedule. If the respondent proposes no other delivery schedule, the required delivery schedule will apply.
- Cost Data in accordance with Section L.
- On-Time Delivery Report as required by Section L.
Award will be made to the responsible respondent submitting a technically acceptable offer that represents the best value to the Government. A technically acceptable offer is one in which the offeror complies with the instructions above and does not take exception, nor object, to any of the terms of this fair opportunity notice. Respondents that are not technically acceptable will not be considered for award. The Government will make its award decision based on a best value tradeoff decision when considering the following factors:
- Non-cost – On-Time Delivery Report
- Cost
- Cost Risk
For this determination, the factors above are in descending order of importance.
2. The Government reserves the right to request additional information after receipt of Offeror’s proposal. The proposal shall be valid for 90 calendar days from the proposal due date.
3. All units will be F.O.B. Origin.
4. All terms and conditions of the base contract shall apply to the resultant order.
