Description

The successful contractor shall provide environmental services to conduct Sea Turtle Nest Monitoring and Management at Naval Base Guam (NBG) and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB). Provide a lump sum price for environmental services to conduct sea turtle nest monitoring and inventory at beaches with suitable habitat at Naval Base Guam (NBG) and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB). All work shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is twelve (12) months from the date of award. This Request for Quotation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB Concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis or solicitation will be posted via piee.eb.mil. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation. Solicitation, amendments, and notices will be posted to the website piee.eb.mil under the Solicitation Module. Contractors can view solicitations in the Solicitation Module at piee.eb.mil by selecting SOLICITATION SEARCH in the Award section or Solicitation Search under the SUPPORT section. Contractors must submit a quotation in the Solicitation Module and must register in PIEE. Submit a request for the Proposal Manager role. All Amendments SHALL be acknowledged in the Offerors proposal per instructions. It is the Offerors responsibility to check the websites periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. Please note that notices do not change the solicitation. Changes to the solicitation can only be made by the issuance of amendments. Quotations must be received by this office no later than due date posted on sam.gov. Offerors are responsible to ensure that quotations are entirely received by the due date and time required. Oral and hand delivered quotations will not be accepted.
