Description
Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) task order to WSP USA ENVIRONMENT &
INFRASTRUCTURE, Inc. (other than small business, UEI C76NUJZDXL75). The purpose of
the order is to obtain contractor support for: 1) maintenance and enhancements of the American
Meteorological Society/Environmental Protection Agency (AMS/EPA) Regulatory Model
(AERMOD) modeling system and 2) operate, maintain, modify, and enhance the Green
Book. The period of performance for this effort will be four (4) months. The total estimated
value is $256,000.00.
This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive
basis under FAR 8.405-2 for the aforementioned requirement based on the application of FAR
8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this
requirement.
Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would
be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder
the mission objective of the of supporting the EPA’s AERMOD and Greenbook
program from WSP USA ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE, Inc. Interested parties may
identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than February 27,
2026.
The determination not to complete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of
the Government. Information received will normally be considered to determine whether to
conduct competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs
incurred by responding to this notice.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes/proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for
offers. No solicitation package is available, and telephone requests will not be honored.
