Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

Amendment 0002 is hereby posted in PIEE.  In accordance with the solicitation, proposals shall include a signed copy of each amendment.  Any vendors who have already submitted a proposal in the Solicitation Module of the PIEE must ensure signed copies of amendments are included or the proposal will be considered Unacceptable as it will not meet the requirements of the solicitation.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached request for proposal (RFP) solicitation. Solicitation N6833526R0449 (100% Small Business Set Aside) is for the procurement of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and Calibration Standards Specification (CSS).The Government anticipates the award of a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Government intends to award a contract based on the proposal with the lowest evaluated price that is rated Acceptable in both Technical and Past Performance. Contractors must be registered in SAM.
