Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) N0016726R3000 for Engineering Services for Signature Silencing Programs. This requirement is a Level of Effort (LOE), non-performance based task order (TO) under the SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). Only current SeaPort NxG MAC holders are eligible to submit proposals. Offerors not holding a valid SeaPort NxG MAC will not be considered for award.All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in accordance with Section L and the procedures outlined in clause L-215-H006 SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS BY OFFERORS--BASIC (NAVSEA) (APR 2022). Questions must be received no later than February 23, 2026 (10 calendar days from the date of RFP issuance). While the Government will make every effort to respond to all questions, no guarantee is made that questions received after the specified deadline will be answered.Proposals shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module by the solicitation closing date of March 16, 2026 as shown on the cover page of this solicitation.
