Description
General Service Administration (GSA) has found it necessary to remove and replace the TPO roof of the commercial building located at the Calais IA LPOE suffered severe Wind damage. GSA conducted multiple walk throughs and had the area representative from the roofing manufacture on site to inspect the roof. It has been determined that the roof will need a total replacement.
This is a HUBZone complete set-aside for the following counties: Penobscot County, Aroostook County, and Washington County Maine. Those firms attempting to compete in said areas must be certified by the SBA as a HUBZone Small Business Concern (SBC).
A Site visit will be conducted on January 28,2026 at 10 AM EST. If you wish to attend the site visit you MUST submit the name of the firm and the names of people wishing to attend. The due dates for a site vist will be January 21,2026 at 4:30 PM EST. Please send requests to: joseph.spado@gsa.gov.
