Executive summary

This is a DEPT OF THE ARMY Justification notice (solicitation W911S726CA003) for a sole source action supporting Fort Leonard Wood DPW. The described requirement is an installation facilities O&M-type scope: operate, maintain, alter, and repair real property facilities and appurtenant structures at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and the Lake of the Ozarks Army Recreation Area (LORA). NAICS 561210 and PSC M1AZ are cited, indicating an integrated facilities support profile rather than a narrow trade-only buy. Because this is posted as a sole source justification, the practical objective for interested vendors is to influence future competition (or challenge the rationale if appropriate) by demonstrating capability and competitive viability for the same scope and locations.
