Description
SP - LRB - Court Reporting Services The Illinois Labor Relations Board (Board) requires court reporting services. The contracted vendor shall use only Certified Shorthand Reporters for in-person or remote administrative hearings as scheduled by Board staff. Board staff will provide the meeting links for remote hearings. In person hearings would be held at the Board's Chicago office located at the Michael A. Bilandic Building, 160 N. LaSalle Street, Suite S-400, Chicago, IL 60601. See attached RFQ for additional details. Item # 1: The Illinois Labor Relations Board (Board) requires court reporting services. The contract term will be from the date of execution through June 30, 2027. The total value of the awarded contract will not exceed $100,000 during its term. If a new State of Illinois Joint Purchase Master Contract for these services is executed prior to June 30, 2027, the contract with the awarded vendor may be terminated by the Board with 30 days written notice to the awarded vendor. The awarded vendor shall use only Certified Shorthand Reporters licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for in-person or remote administrative hearings as scheduled by Board staff. Verification of licensures must be provided within 3 business days upon request of the Board. Board staff will provide the meeting links for remote hearings.
