Due to a combination of factors, the Industry Day for the SNCTDD program is being delayed and rescheduled to an anticipated date of 18 February 2026.
Currently the Government is not providing any draft documents. The Government intends to provide draft documents on an anticipated date of 13 February 2026.
Industry day for this effort will be held on the anticipated date of 18 February 2026, 0900 EST, at Central Florida Tech Grove – Partnership IV Building, 12809 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826. No Common Access Card (CAC) is required.
Companies wishing to attend the Industry day are required to notify the Contract Specialist and Contracting officer via email of their intent to attend by 1300 EST on 11 February 2026.
Each company is requested to provide the following information for each attendee: name, title, email, phone, citizenship, and which events will be attended.
Companies should also provide the request if they want to hold One-on-ones. One-on-ones will be limited to six (6) attendees total.
Individual one-on-ones will be offered following the Industry day event on the anticipated date of 18th and the 19th of February if necessary. One-on-ones will be for those companies that wish to discuss proprietary information. General questions regarding the technical requirements or RFP shall be asked in an open forum.
The Government intends to provide the one-on-one scheduled times on 13 February 2026.
The Government will keep the list of those companies who have already requested to attend Industry day. If a company has already requested and received an acknowledgement from the Government, you do not have to re-register. A company can provide an update if you have registered already and do not plan on attending Industry day on the anticipated date of 18 February 2026.
The Government does not have any other specifics to provide outside of the above and what was previously posted on sam.gov.
