Description

03-17-2026:Amendment 002 has been posted. See attached documents. Attachment - 36C26126R0025 Amendment 0002 and Attachment - NDOT 2014 Standard Specifications.

A. The purpose of this amendment is to provide the type of slurry seal/seal coat material missing from Specification Section 32 12 16. The slurry seal shall comply with all applicable requirements contained in the State Highway Department specifications. The micro-surfacing shall be Type II and shall meet the standards outlined in the Nevada Department of Transportation’s Micro-Surfacing Specifications, as referenced in Section 418 of the attached Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.

B. The Nevada Department of Transportation 2014 Standard Specifications is attached and incorporated into this Amendment.

C. Contractors must acknowledge all amendments by returninga signed copy at the time of proposal submission.

D. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The proposal due date remains unchanged and due on 03-24-2026 by 12:00 PM PDT. .

A. The purpose of this amendment is to provide the VA Responses to RFIs submitted by 03/09/2026 and the sign-in roster for the Site Visit conducted on March 02, 2026.         

B. The VA's Response to RFIs for Solicitation No. 36C26126R0025 and sign-in sheet are incorporated into this Amendment.

C. Contractors must acknowledge all amendments by returning a signed copy at the time of proposal submission.

D. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
