Description
The United States Government has a requirement for "Maintain Markings on various streets as shown on drawings, clean and restripe existing markings including centerline, stop bars, pedestrian crosswalks, etc." Mill and overlay will be 2-inch depth for all areas as shown for 1st Ave, 7th Ave, 12th Street, 14th Street, Ironwood Drive, and Trap St.
Maintain Markings on Aardvark, Phantom, Alpine, Rosewood, Red Fir, and E Street. Clean and repaint existing markings, including crosswalks and stop bars. Mill and overlay 1st Ave, 7th Ave, 12th Street, 14th Street, and Ironwood Drive to include new road markings as appropriate.

Site Visit:
A site visit for any interested parties will be held on March 25th, 2026 at 10:00 AM (MDT) to visit the work areas and have any questions related to the technical aspects answered. This site visit is not mandatory, and all relevant questions will be recorded and posted to the solicitation after.
All interested parties will need to meet at the visitor's center at 9:30 AM local (MDT) to acquire day passes if you do not have base access already. The visitor's center is located just north of the main gate, on the west side of the highway. If you stay to the right as you approach the base, you can turn into the visitor center's parking lot about 100ft before the manned gate. Attempting to enter the base without a pass will result in a lengthy delay. We will be leaving the visitor's center at 9:50 AM local time (MDT).
Please be sure to submit all people who may be attending this event by 4:30 PM (MDT) Monday, March 23rd.
Per the evaluation factors,
