Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing this Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for W912CH-24-R-0214 on behalf of the requiring activity, Product Manager Engineer, Maintenance and Support Equipment (PdM EMSE). This contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a total of five (5) ordering years and five (5) one (1) year option years for a total of ten (10) years, with first delivery being 180 days after the award of the first delivery order. This contract will procure a minimum of one (1) to a maximum of nine hundred and forty (940) One-Sided Expandable Shelters. This acquisition includes a First Article Test (FAT) of one (1) One-Sided Expandable Shelter.Use of Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) ? Solicitation Module. This solicitation requires proposal submission via the PIEE - Solicitation Module. PIEE is available at https://piee.eb.mil.
