Description
The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) has a requirement for PVS-14 Monocular Night Vision Device under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case GG-B-UDY.
The United States Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland intends to release a solicitation on or about 09 March 2026 on SAM.gov. It’s anticipated that this will be a full and open competition. Subject requirement will support Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
The Government intends to award a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The basis for award is anticipated to use the Lowest-Priced-Technically Acceptable method. The official release of the solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov. No additional information regarding this procurement will be available prior to the release of the solicitation. The version of the solicitation made available on SAM.gov shall include all documents of the solicitation package. Hard copy of the solicitation will not be issued. Any applicable amendments will be posted on SAM.gov. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents associated with the solicitation.
