Description
The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Benelux is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in the requirement for Facilities Maintenance & Repair, APS-2 Dülmen, Services in Germany. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis.
A draft version of the PWS is attached to this Sources Sought.
The contract type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinity Quantity (IDIQ) and the estimated period of performance is expected to be five years (five ordering periods). The performance is estimated to commence in April of 2027.
BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.

The Contractor shall provide Facilities Maintenance & Repair, Services in Dülmen, Germany in accordance with the draft PWS in attachment.
