The BOD will be on Thursday, 2/26/2026@ 3:00 PM EST. The bid opening will no longer be in-person . Contractors must use the above call in information provided for the bid opening and ensure that all bids are submitted electronically, via email to Patricia.Cordero@va.gov PRIOR to 3PM. Also please be courteous and submit all bids via email by 2:55PM so that all bids can be registered without any communication/network delay. This amendment also confirms that NO hand-delivered bids or mailed bids will be accepted for consistency. All bids MUST be emailed directly to the CO, Patricia Cordero at Patricia.Cordero@va.gov prior to the time of the virtual bid opening.
