This requirement is for Construction services for a broad variety of small minor construction projects at Carlisle Barracks, PA. Work is to be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) attached to the solicitation. This is a 100% 8(a) Competitive set-aside. The contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) consisting of an ordering period of 60-months. The time for commencement of work and the calendar days allocated for completion of work will be determined at the task order level.
