Purchase with installation service for Replace Morgue Cooler This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about February 26, 2026. The solicitation will contain all necessary request for quotation (RFQ) instructions. Contractors must be registered in SAM.GOV and must be verified in SBA's VETCERT at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19 Million.
