UPDATE as of 10 April 2026:
This amendment updates all FAR and DFARS references to Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and Revolutionary DFARS (R-DFARS) references. Additionally, this amendment incorporates the Gold Star Science Standards and proposal review standards.
This amendment incorporates previous amendments 1-6. Additionally, this amendment removes the Pre-Award Clearance section.
