The proper handling and protection of this information falls under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE) intends to award one Firm Fixe Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
