Pre-solicitation Notice
Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as necessary to provide Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, VA with LS/TR Disposal Boxes. The contractor shall provide the requested LS/TR Disposal Box as required by the specifications.
This requirement will be solicited as total small business set aside, in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 – Total Small Business Set-Asides in accordance with FAR Part 12 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332439 with a small business standard of 600 employees. Requests for Quote (RFQ) will be available for download on or around 18 March 2026 at http://www.SAM.gov under RFQ number N4215826QE030. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the RFQ and subsequent amendments to the RFQ will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above web site. This office will no longer issue hard copy RFQs.
