The solicitation is strictly limited to the following eligible con�tractors under MATOC numbers: W91QVN-24-D-0023, -0024, -0025, -0026, -0028, -0030, -0031, -0033, -0035, -0036, -0038, -0080, -0083, and -0109.Project Requirements: The Government intends to award task orders for six (6) distinct projects - CLIN 0001: SMYU 15-1069 REPAIR FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM IN WAREHOUSE, B2462; CLIN 0002: SMYU 15-1070 REPAIR FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM IN WAREHOUSE, B2464; CLIN 0003: SMYU 25-1017, DEMO ABANDONED BUILDING B1464; CLIN 0004: SMYU 26-1025, DEMO ABANDONED BUILDING B1704; CLIN 0005: SMYU 26-1039 REPLACE AHU and CHILLER SYSTEM FOR WING HQ, B1097; CLIN 0006: SMYU 27-1015, REPAIR HAS FLOORS and REPAINT FOR F-16 B1753-64 and B1778-87, Osan AB. Submission and Evaluation Strategy Fair Opportunity: This requirement is issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 16.505. Flexible Participation: Contractors may submit pro�posals for one, or up to all six projects. Individual Proposal Requirements: A sepa�rate and complete proposal package must be submitted for each specific project. Independent Evaluation: Each proposal will be evaluated independently. Contractors are eligible to be awarded multiple projects. Initial Proposals: The Government anticipates making awards based on initial proposals without conducting exchanges. Offerors are encouraged to submit their best terms immediately. The Government reserves the right to conduct exchanges if deemed necessary.
