Notice of Intent to Sole Source, Dove Tree Canyon Software, Inc. Carousel Maintenance
The Bragg Services Branch, Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), Womack Army medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC, intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price, Purchase Order, on a sole source basis to dove Tree Canyon Software, Inc., 401 W A St STE 1150, San Diego, CA 92101, utilizing the authority of Title 41 U.S.C. §1901(e)(2) as implemented in FAR 12-102(a): Other Procedures.
This requirement is to provide for Dove Tree Canyon Software Support Agreement-Carousel MDS (Medical Delivery System) and Hospital Housekeeping Random Sampling Software. Requirement includes daily operations of the Medical Warehouse Carousel, and random sampling software for the Environmental Services Branch housekeeping inspections for Directorate Health Agency (DHA). Carousels are located at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to fulfil this requirement.
The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, for Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
