The market research information collected resulting from this Sources Sought Notice will be used to help the Government to identify qualified sources capable of accomplishing the required work outlined in the attached Statement of Work under NAICS Code 811310. All interested parties are encouraged to respond. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are NOT deemed offers, and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
Only those Responders that can meet the following criteria should respond to this Sources Sought Notice:
- Entity has an active CAGE Code, and current registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov).
- Entity does NOT appear on the Excluded Parties List
- If your organization has the potential capacity to accomplish this requirement, responses should include the following information:
- Company Name and CAGE Code as reflected in its current SAM Registration, and Tax Identification Number (TIN).

- Business Size & Business Type.
- Company’s Capabilities Statement, and related marketing materials.
Interested parties are requested to respond to this Sources Sought with a PDF Document Format.
