MICC Fort Hood intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Expert Witness in support of USAG Fort Hood. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220– Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Business Size Standard $45M. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. See the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full requirement details.

This solicitation will close at 8:30 AM Central Time on 23 April 2026. Quotations received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussion; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interests of the government. All quotes must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, if applicable.
