Description

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO FAR 6.130-1 for  Armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services with Triple Canopy, Inc. (13530 Dulles Technology Drive, Ste 500, Herndon, Virginia 20171) for up to five (5) months, March 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026, to allow time to solicit and award the follow-on contract, as well as to provide adequate time for transition. This action will result in a modification to extend the ordering period of the existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract to allow placement of a task order to continue critical PSO services theoughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. Task orders(s) will only be issued under this contract for the necessary length of time required, but not to exceed five months. As such, this extension will allow time to complete the solicitation and award as well as provide an adequate transition period to the new effort for this requirement.
