TR-302D and 355 Transducer Production

Award of a Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract containing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) provisions to Massa Products Corporation, Contract Number N66604-26-D-E600 on 09 March 2026. NUWCDIVNPT’s Contracts Department executed a contract award with a ceiling of $23,479,329.00 to Massa Products Corporation, in support of Code 15. The ordering period will be for a total of sixty (60) months. Fiscal Year 2025, Other Procurement, Navy (OPN) funds in the amount of $558,110.00 will be obligated at time of award on the first delivery order to satisfy the minimum guarantee. Under this contract, Massa will be required to document, manufacture, test, package, and deliver TR-302D and TR-355 Production transducers using a build-to-performance specification approach that meets the performance requirements of the TR-302D and TR-355 transducer Critical Item Performance Specification (CIPS). The spare parts, Acoustic Assembly Windows, Acoustic Windows, Receptacle Connectors, T2 and T3 Transformer Assemblies, Bulkhead Receptacle Connectors, Transformer Assembles and TR-355A Conversion Kits, are build-to-print items in accordance with the respective drawings included in the Reference Baseline drawing package.
