This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

6. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 1400 hours (2:00PM) CDT on 30 March 2026 (the established deadline).
7. Quotes must be valid for Thirty (30) days after 30 March 2026 (the established deadline).
8. All price quotations must be submitted via the table shown in Attachment 2 FY26 FSS Back Bar Cooler Pass-Thru Cabinets. Separate quotes, on company letterhead, can be provided for supplemental information, but all technical submissions must be submitted on a separate document.
9. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are presently available forth is effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
10. Delivery is required within One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the award of the contract.
