Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, is seeking information from potential responsible sources and is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research and to inform industry that the Government intends to purchase DELL Laptops with specifications and peripherals identified in the attached Purchase Description (PD). It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items respond with a Capability Statement.
The Capability Statement shall include the following information:
(1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and UEI number.
(2) Business size for NAICS Code 541519.
(3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes.
(4) Industry commentary on the draft version of the PD.
Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Julia Hunt, via email at julia.m.hunt3.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 05:00 PM PDT on 12 March 2026. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426726Q4018 in the subject line.
The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or noncompetitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice.
