Description

Special Notice* - Base Access Prequalification Procedures to Participate in Construction Site Visit for the Touchdown 08 Replacement (TD-08) Project ? Solicitation: W912ER26RA014. 1. It is anticipated that a construction site-visit will be conducted on or about 09 April 2026. The Government intends to publish the solicitation no later than 30 March 2026. Personnel who are interested in participating are required to submit an application package to USACE for processing. No more than two (2) personnel from each company are allowed to participate in the site visit. 2. All packages must include the following items: Jordanian Citizens: Color copy of the National ID for the person(s) and the relevant Business registration Non-Jordanian Citizens (Personnel from Other Countries): Color copy of passport 3. The application packages shall be submitted via email to both USACE points of contact identified below no later than 10:00AM EST, 09 February 2026: Mr. Steven McNamara at Steven.J.McNamara@usace.army.mil and LTC Jerry Andes II at Jerry.O.Andes@usace.army.mil 4. Companies that successfully prequalify for base access will be provided with additional information regarding date, time, and arrival location. Companies that fail to qualify for base access will not be allowed to participate in the site-visit. 5. Additionally, in regard to this same project, a Sources Sought was posted on 23 January 2026 requesting information from interested Companies ? The information can be found at SAM.gov. Input the solicitation number (W912ER26RA014) into the search box located on the SAM.gov home page to gain access to the Sources Sought.
