Lake Traverse Bil Gate Repairs and Modernization This Is Invitation for Bids (IFB) And Bid Bond Are Required. This Procurement Is Set-Aside 100% For Small Business Concerns Under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237990;Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a Small Business Size Standard of $45m.The Estimated Magnitude of Construction Is Between $1,000,000 And $5,000,000.All bids shall be submitted electronically via the Solicitation Module of PIEE suite. Submissions shall be in Adobe PDF format. Electronic Bid Submissions is required through the Army?s Electronic File Sharing Service in PIEE (https://piee.eb.mil/). The PIEE Application is used to send large files to individuals that would normally be too large to send via email.
