USPTO Office Supply BPA Call

The United States Patent and Trademark Office intends to issue a firm-fixed price BPA call under single award BPA number 1333BJ24A00150002 to THE JAHNDA GROUP, LLC. in the amount of $70,000.00 for various office supplies for the USPTO HQ in Alexandria, VA and regional offices throughout the United States with a period of performance of approximately February 20, 2026 - February 19, 2027.

This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the office supplies can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capabilities. Responses received may be used for future acquisitions. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
