The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement (in accordance with Seaport-E rolling admissions) is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5. The contract term will be a base period with a potential of four one-year option periods. The anticipated award date is 01 March 2026. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted in February 2026. The resulting Task Order is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price.
