Description
Title: Parking Lot Striping and Painting – One-Time Service
Location: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510
Period of Performance: One-time service, to be completed within 30 days of contract award
1.0 Scope
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform cleaning and restriping of the parking lot at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers building. This is a one-time requirement.
2.0 Description of Services
The contractor shall:
- Clean the entire parking lot using a commercial-grade sweeper and blower.
- Black out all existing lettering and striping currently on the parking lot surface.
- Re-stripe all parking spaces using a new design approved by the Government.
- Stripe all handicap spaces, standard parking spots, and van-accessible spaces.
- Stencil the word “RESERVED” in designated areas using yellow paint.
- Provide stencil work for four (4) Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations using green paint.
- Offer two design layout options for Government review. The Government will select one prior to the start of striping work.
3.0 Government Furnished Property/Services
None.
4.0 Deliverables
- Two (2) parking lot design layout options for Government review and selection.
- Completion of all striping and stenciling work in accordance with the selected design.
5.0 Acceptance Criteria
All work must meet industry standards for parking lot striping and ADA compliance. Striping must be clean, uniform, and clearly visible. Paint must be durable and weather resistant.
6.0 Period of Performance
30 calendar days from the date of contract award.
