Description
**Seaport MAC Holders Only** The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is soliciting information from potential qualified sources to support a potential SEAPORT requirement for Test and Evaluation and Prototype Fabrication Division mission requirements to provide engineering, programmatic, and technical support for science and technology, research and development, test and evaluation, sustainment, and other related programs and projects. The attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement specifies the requirements for this effort. This Sources Sought announcement is to identify sources capable of providing support for this effort. The information received will be used for planning purposes to help determine if the requirement can be fully or partially set aside to small business concerns. The NAICS code is 541330, Engineering Services. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) IDIQ contract is anticipated. Small businesses are encouraged to submit their capabilities. The resultant contract vehicle is anticipated to be for a base period of 12 months with four one-year option periods of 12 months each. The anticipated NAICS code is 541330 and the PSC Code is AC33.
The incumbent BPA number is N61331-22-F-3008 awarded to Bevilacqua Research Corporation (BRC). CAGE Code 0U9B6.
A draft PWS is attached. The PWS is only a draft and may change when the solicitation is issued; however, the core requirement will not change. Responses to this Sources Sought should include supporting materials that provide a demonstration of your companys capabilities and experience in reference to the listed tasks. In addition, responses should include:
