Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordinator
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Sill has a requirement for a Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordinator. Contractor shall provide a Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordinator to assist the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in conducting religious education services, attend and participate in required meetings, be familiar with all required programs, and prepare and track multiple documents pertaining to Religious Education (RE) programs during regular and seasonal time periods. The requirement for Administrative Religious Education Coordinator is in support of the Religious Support Office (RSO), Directors of Religious Education (DREs) and Religious Affairs Specialists for the Département of the Army (DA) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
The Standard North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 813110 is applicable to this acquisition. The small business size standard is $13 million.
The Government will issue a 100% small business set-aside under a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Services, for a Catholic Administrative Religious Education Coordinator. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. Expected award shall consist of one base period of performance (23 February 2026 – 22 February 2027) and four one-year option periods of performance (23 February 2027– 22 February 2031). There is no guarantee that each option will be exercised. The RFQ estimated date of issue is on or about 6 February 2026. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered.
Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Contractors may obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://sam.gov/. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
