The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division – Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHD), Contracts Department, Code 02, requires alteration support for the MK38 Machine Gun Systems (MGS). This procurement requires contractor support in performing the functions of an Alteration Installation Team (AIT) with the installation of Ship Alterations (S/A), Ship Change Documents (SCDs), Ordnance Alterations (ORDALTs) and system repairs as related to the MK38 MGS on U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard Vessels, and authorized Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. This solicitation is a 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract/task order as a result of this solicitation based on initial offers and without holding discussions but reserves the right to hold discussions at the Government’s discretion. Contract will include 5 year ordering period.
In order to recieve the Exhibits and Attachments located in Section J, please download and fill out and sign and initial the enclosed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and submit to michael.j.anthony40.civ@us.navy.mil. Offerors also need to submit a completed DD Form 2345.
