Normal operations will resume on January 5, 2026. A Site Visit for the Dismantle of Wall and Jib Cranes is now scheduled for Thursday, January 08, 2026 at 9:00am at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. All interested parties for the site visit must email name and contact information to both the primary and secondary points of contact by Monday, January 05, 2026 at 9:00am. Quote due date is Monday, January 12, 2026 at 12:00pm. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is a US Navy regional industrial center that maintains, overhauls and repairs various vessels of the US Navy. Its industrial operations provide the US naval forces with a wide range of services and resources located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, with direct and indirect support to submarines, surface vessels and shore based activities in the Pacific. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide remove and dismantle four (4) Shepard Niles 5 ton wall cranes and three (3) jib cranes. Contract to cover base year. Additional details and specifications can be found in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The tentative period of performance for this service is 09 February 2026 to 30 April 2026. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238290; the size standard for this NAICS $22M. Product Service Code is P500 - Salvage - demolition of structures/facilities (other than buildings). Please note the following: The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-26-Q-0019. Quotes are due no later than Monday, 01/12/2026 at 12:00 p.m. HST. Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, DFARS 4/25/2024, and NMCARS 18-22. IMPORTANT: Please submit all quotes in accordance with the solicitation instructions on page 25. All questions regarding solicitation N32253-26-Q-0019 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due Friday, 01/09/2026 0530 HST.
