The proposed vendor is the only known vendor to provide material, parts and training for the existing ELW 2K Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit (ROWPU). The existing ROWPU was procured by PO No. FA520524P0041 in Sep 24 in Misawa Air Base, and its spare material, parts and refresher training is required.

Acquisition of spare material, parts and training of ROWPU
Items to be procured are as follows:
- Two (2) Pre-Treatment filter with coconut shell Carbon
- One (1) Generator starter Assembly
- Four (4) Economix 933
- Four (4) Centaur Catalytic/Absorptive Carbon
- Four (4) BIRM
- Twelve (12) RO Vessel for ELW 2K ROWPU
- Refresher Training 5 Days Course
- Shipping Fee
It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement due to its compatibility with the existing system. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source.
