(2) Wax must be in bead or flake form only. (3) Provide the manufacturer information of the wax. (4) Wax Packaging Requirements: (a) Wax must be packaged within boxes (15 inches in length X 12 inches in width X 12 inches in height / Each box is not to exceed 50 lbs.)
