This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition procedures.
This competition is set aside for small businesses (total small business set-aside competition). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 513120 – Periodical Publishers, size standard of 1,000 employees.
The Uniformed Services University's (USU) Learning Resource Center (LRC) has a requirement for a 12-month subscription for AccessMedicine, AccessEmergency Medicine and AccessSurgery to support the University’s students, faculty and staff. All subscriptions must be available in electronic format to be accessed by all approved USU patrons via the Internet. Quotes that do not include access for all registered users are not acceptable.
