Description
Pursant to FAR 6.302-1. DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price Contract to Stratas Advisors, for strategic research tools and customized reports for DLA Energy with a specific concentration on global fuel specifications, global biofuels assessment, and global refining products. The delivery period will be for twelve (12) months (04/01/2026-03/31/2027). This is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source notice must be on writing and sent to DLAEnergy.NGTeam@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determing whether or not to compete. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exist that would satisfy the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Governement.
