This solicitation is for the Preventive and Remedial Maintenance Service for Boilers within various facilities at the Smithsonian Institution.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Codes (NAICS) are: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, Size standard $19 million and 221330 - Steam and Air-conditioning Supply size standard is $30 million.

The Smithsonian Institution intends to award one Open Term Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for services (one) 12-month base period and 9 (nine) optional periods for its museum and facilities in the following locations: Washington DC, New York City NY, Suitland and Edgewater MD, Chantilly and Front Royal, VA.
