This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

1. Solicitation Information
This Request for Quote is issued as Solicitation No. 1240BH26Q0004 for the installation of a new boat ramp at the Forest Service Sutton Lake day‑use site. The new boat ramp will replace the existing structure. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set‑Aside.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of referenced provisions and clauses may be accessed at www.acquisition.gov.

2. Submission Instructions
Offerors are responsible for reviewing all RFQ documents in the included Portfolios and shall submit a complete quote package, including all required documentation, to susie.felton@usda.gov no later than COB (1630) PST on 23 April 2026. Hard‑copy originals are not required. Quotes that are incomplete or fail to address all RFQ requirements may be deemed non‑responsive.

Note:  All solicitation documents are located in PDF Portfolios A and B, which must be opened using the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat to ensure full visibility of all contents.

3. Set‑Aside Status
This procurement is set aside exclusively for small business concerns. All responsible business sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
