The solicitation will be available on DLA’s Internet Bid Site (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/) on its issue date on or about March 12, 2026.

The Small Business size standard is 1,500 or less employees. 

All six NSNs are 1/G. Drawings/specifications are currently available through the cFolders under MR015679681 and through the DIBBS solicitation link on the solicitation issue date.

The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government.  The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. 

This proposed procurement includes items within the Federal Supply Class 2510, 2590, and 2540.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and small business participation as evaluation factors described in the solicitation.

This proposed procurement contains items with inspection at Destination and items with inspection at Origin.
