A SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION WILL BE POSTED AT A LATER DATE WHICH WILL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS TO RESPOND TO THIS OPPORTUNITY.

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUSLY INTERESTED AND IF YOU DO NOT PERFORM THIS REQUIREMENT. IT WILL DELAY THE POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION DUE TO FURTHER MARKET RESEARCH THAT WILL BE REQUIRED.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Replace Jail Sewer Line J2, R&S, FS, Laundry, at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Seagoville), located in Seagoville, Texas.

FCI Seagoville is a federally owned facility located at 2113 N. Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas 75159.  The project consists of the following: Replacement of approximately linear feet 1400’ of collapsed main sewer line and associated branch lines beneath the foundation of J2 Housing Unit, J2 Showers, J1 Showers, R&D, Food Service, Laundry. Additionally clean existing Grease and Lint Trap. Perform in depth site investigation of all sewer lines of entire Building 70 to determine condition of existing lines.

FCI Seagoville is a United Stated federal prison for male inmates.
