Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice for a request for proposals (RFP) with an anticipated release date of March 2026. The 408th SCMS has requested engineering services to investigate and resolve Deficiency Reports and Test-Program-Set (TPS) issues for the ALR-56C and ALR-56M Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) Modules. This proposed action will be a follow-on to the current contract, FA8522-21-C-0005. This RFP and the resultant contract will be structured as a sole-source award to BAE Systems Integration, Inc. and will include one basic contract period of one year and four (4) option years for a total of five years.
This RFP will include one CLIN per basic/option year for engineering services (FFP), one CLIN for DATA associated with five ELINs and one Travel CLIN (CRNF). Authority for the issuance of this sole-source RFP is FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
